Express Mail Service (EMS)

Express Mail Service (EMS) is the Eritrean Postal Service’s express delivery service for documents and merchandises. EMS was introduced in 1994 and currently serves more than 160 destinations worldwide. Since 1999, EMS Eritrea witnessed notable events and innovations with great influence on its substantial improvement both technologically and socially. In order to meet demands, EMS Eritrea has introduced computerized track and trace system for EMS mailings. The system helps in constant control of EMS turnover and evaluation of the rate of delay at different temporal and spatial situations.
