Eritrean Postal Service's online tracking is the fastest way to find out where your packages is. No need to call and approach Customer Service when we can offer you real-time details of your packages's progress as it speeds through the Web based Track and Trace on the way to its destination.

This feature allows us to follow the mail throughout its way to its destination and to exchange date of the mail handling process with other countries.

All events that happens to an item during each and every step of the international mail handling process (Received - Delivered) can be  traced using International Postal System web based track and trace.

It is easy… With IPS track and trace, any client will be able to track & trace any registered mail item, parcel post and EMS-Express item through our website.

Please follow the steps below to trace your item

-> Step 1- Make sure you have the Identification number of the item you would like to trace

-> Step 2- Make sure the identification number should have 13 digit  (eg. RR000234123ER)

-> Step3- Enter the item number you want to track on the text box, then click submit button

-> Step 4- Item detail will be listed which would have status of the item
